CANCELLATION POLICY

At Asia Golf Experts, we understand that plans can change. To provide the best experience for all our golfers, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Window

            You may cancel your tee time reservation up to 72 hours before the scheduled tee time without any penalty. Subject to availability.

2. Refund or Credit

            If you cancel within the 72-hour window, a credit for a future round will be issued.

3. Cancellation Fees:

             There will always be 10% cancellation fees for any cancellations made. However there will be no fees for amendment of your tee time with in the 72-hour window.

4. Inclement Weather:

            Depending on each golf course, the rain checks for a future visit are subject to confirm. Please check with the course directly.

5. Booking Modifications:

            You can modify your booking, including changing the tee time or the number of players, up to 72 hours before your scheduled tee time, subject to availability.

6. No-Show Policy:

             Golfers who do not show up for their tee times and do not cancel in advance will be subject to a no-show penalty, equivalent to the full booking cost.
